Shipping Information
We
accept all major credit cards through PayPal. They process
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex and eChecks.
Shipping is provided within the continental US and Canada only.
Policies
Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days and this will
depend on the order volumn at the time. Please consider this around
the holidays and order early. We do not process orders on weekends
or holidays. Everything will be shipped in the order it was
received.
Backorder
We attempt to keep all items in stock and available so that we may
ship it quickly. Our soaps need time to cure and sometimes we do
sell out of a particular soap brand and new loaves will be curing.
Should this happen you will be contacted prior to your order going
out so that we may offer you a substitute, credit, refund or actual
item when available.
Shipping Rates
These shipping charges apply for each delivery address and
order--These rates apply to shipping within the continental US and
Canada only. All shipments will include insurance and delivery
confirmation. Shipping prices reflected below apply to retail orders
only.

Special Note regarding shipping to our Canadian customers: We love
shipping to you but please be advised that in certain areas of
Canada your order may take additional time to get to it's
destination
Special note about our shipping charges:
Shipping charges are an estimate only at this time. If the charges
of shipping your item(s) is higher than estimated you will be
contacted for approval prior to your order shipping out. If the
shipping charges exceed the estimate stated at time of order, you
will receive a refund for the excess amount.
Returns and Refunds
If your package arrives damaged let your carrier know before you
open it. If you are unable to do this and upon discovering the
obvious damage you can contact us for further help. If something was
sent in error contact us so that we may correct the oversight. In
either case your satisfaction with our products is important to us
and we will solve the situation.
If after you receive
your order you are not satisfied you may ship it back to us for a
complete refund minus shipping charges. Refunds can be made via
check and mailed back to the billing address or sent back to you
through PayPal.
